У меня есть SP3, но отдельно.
При попытке установки пишет:
SQL Server 2000 SP2 and below is not supported by this version of Windows.
Если продолжить установку, то копирует файлы, но когда идет попытка запуска, выдает:
Setup failed to configure the server. Refer to the server error logs and D:\WINDOWS\sqlstp.log for more information.
В логе такая инфа:
