label+picturebox

как можно наложить label на picturebox так чтобы потом при сохранении метка не стиралась а стала частью picturebox?

А в чем, собственно, проблема? Ложишь на форму пикчер-бокс, наверх него - лейблу. В свойствах лейблы выставляешь BackStyle в Transparent. В таком виде он будет и сохраняться и будет в exe-шнике.

А зачем лебл тут нужен? Просто через Print выводишь текст на ПБ и сохраняешь!
